Our Training
Applied Security Force’s training protocols aim to exceed those of any other security company in the region. All our security guards and officers receive additional training in customer service and intercultural competency. In addition we add venue specific training to ensure they have knowledge of each venue they are mobilised to.
How We Work
Our Approach
Step 1: Discovery, site surveys and security analysis
Our security team lead will meet with the client to discuss specific safety requirements, including personnel, equipment and deployment.
This includes building and site visit(s) to ensure a complete analysis.
Step 2: Plan presentation and contract signing
Once the client’s customised security plan and budget are approved, a contract is signed.
Step 3: Staffing, training and implementation
The client will receive documented proof of all training and certifications and gets final approval on all staffing.
Step 4: Reporting and review
Long term contracts include a monthly check in to discuss evolving needs and to update security plans as required. Clients received comprehensive monthly reviews of all security incidents, observations and protocols, which include incident and emergency reports generated in a timely manner.

George Kourtesis
George Kourtesis, the founder and owner of Applied Security Force, comes with more than 27 years’ work experience working across Perth over a variety of industries.
George approaches security with a theft prevention, attentive manner and careful reasoning methodologies to ensure law enforcement for each and every client and venue under his guard. His customised approach and security plans can be front facing and behind the scenes.

Most Perth events experience the very real situation where children go missing and the process of reuniting the child to their parents can be challenging to manage.
